The NYC Financial Justice Hotline is for community groups and low-income New Yorkers. The hotline provides information and referrals regarding: credit reporting and repair, unfair debt collection, rent-to-own stores, payday loans, tax refund loans and "rapid refund," "courtesy overdraft" and "bounce protection," electronic benefits transfer (EBT), and access to bank accounts.
